The functionality of a Print & Inspect System begins at the packaging line. As products move through the production line, required information such as 1D/2D codes, text, batch details, logos or graphics are printed using a TIJ printer. Vision cameras then capture and verify the printed content in real time, checking code readability, accuracy, print quality and the presence of all required information. If any print is missing, incorrect or unreadable, the system triggers a reject signal to remove the faulty product, ensuring only good products move forward on the line.
